At Home Service everything we do revolves around the needs of our service users.  We take pride in the care and the services we offer.Our service users are involved in the care and planning of their own individual service from the onset, and our trained Assessors work in partnership with them, their relatives and other professionals (when necessary) to ensure their personal Care Plan is flexible, that the services provided will ensure they are safe and their needs will be met.
The Care Plans are reviewed regularly so that changing needs are met.Referrals for our services are easy and can be made by anyone, they include people who wish to pay privately, people who are referred by Social Services or health professionals and people using Direct Payments or other allowances.
