    My friend recently had to hire a furnace cleaning company to help him with his house in Calgary. He said some of the things they cleaned out of it looked like they had become alive while in there. One even growled at him. His furnace works so much better now.

    I sometimes wonder what furnace cleaning companies do with all of the soot they collect. I can imagine that it is recycled and used on farms or gardens. Soot can actually be a very fertile substance.

    I think we can all agree that clean air is healthy air! If your air duct gets clogged with dust, soot, and dirt, your quality of air will be less than desirable. I actually haven't checked out my air duct for a while. Maybe I need to give these professionals a call to have them clean it out for me!

    I heard you can get mold in your air ducts. I didn't think mold could get up in your air ducts? I don't want to get mold up there because if the air is blowing we can breathe in the mold. Depending on what mold you can actually die from it.
